TechCon 2011 iPad 2 Drawing Rules

This promotion is intended for participation by persons located in the State of Texas in the United States only, and shall be construed and evaluated accordingly to the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FROM TECHCON INTERNATIONAL. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING TO ENTER: The free iPad 2 giveaway in conjunction with the TechCon 2011.

Drawing (the “Drawing”) may be entered by registering and attending the TechCon 2011 held in San Antonio, on August 30, August 31 and September 1, 2011 or by completing the form at the bottom of these rules with your legal name, email address, phone number, business or institution, complete physical address and age. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 9AM CST SEPTEMBER 1, 2011

TechCon International is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information or for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries, or for computer system or phone line errors, software/hardware malfunctions or other errors, failures or delays in transmissions that are human or technical in nature. Entry Forms are available to persons without obligation.

Entry forms must be complete to be considered a valid entry. TechCon International is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any acts, events or errors, human or technical in nature that affects a person’s ability to attend the TechCon 2011 and the ability to enter the Drawing on-site; or the ability to win the prize. All entries become property of TechCon International and will not be returned.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Drawing and randomly award prize from among eligible entries received as of the time of such action should any cause beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration or proper participation.

By entering you agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules; void outside Texas or where prohibited.

DRAWING AND PRIZES: Ten  (10) Grand Prize winners will receive one (1) iPad 2 [ 16 Gb Wi-Fi model only ] each, drawn randomly at 5pm CST on September 2 2011.

The drawing will be conducted by an independent 3rd party whose decisions are final in all matters. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by entry deadline. Prize may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In case of unavailability, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

ELIGILBILITY: The Drawing is open to persons who are 18 years of age or older, register and attend at least one (1) day of the TechCon 2011. Employees of Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising/promotion agencies involved with this promotion (“Drawing Parties”) and the immediate families and household members of such persons are not eligible to win.

RELEASE: By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold Drawing Parties and each of their respective directors, employees and agents, harmless from any liability, loss or damage incurred from participating in this Drawing, or the use, misuse or acceptance of prize, or attendance of the event. Acceptance of prize constitutes permissions to Drawing Parties to use winners’ names, photograph or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion of the event or otherwise without further compensation, except where prohibited.

GENERAL: Sponsor reserves the right, as its sole discretion, to disqualify anyone found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Entries will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the Drawing entry form. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the person whose name appears on the Drawing entry form, subject to eligibility requirements. All issues and question concerning the construction, validity interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Drawing, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in the State in Bexar County.
