Registration Fees
(subject to change prior to official printing of Registration Brochure)
Fees for exhibition booths are due at the time of registration. A minimum of 50% is due upon signing. Booths are provided with a table, pipe and drape, and connections for electricity (upon request).


Payment
Payment is due when the signed agreement, executed between the conference and your business or institution, is complete.


Registrants can pay by:
1. Check made payable to TechCon International
2. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
3. Fully Executed Purchase Order – a copy of the purchase order must accompany your registration form.
4. Money Order


Confirmation Letter
You will receive a confirmation letter via email once you are registered for the convention. If you have not received a confirmation letter within three weeks of submitting your registration, please contact a TechCon International staff member at 210-889-7480.


Email Address
TechCon International requires a unique email address per registration. This email is used for communication between TechCon International staff and the registered attendee. We will contact each registrant through this email address for confirmation purposes, to address any changes, provide vendor announcements, etc. TechCon International will not register multiple people with one email address, or register an individual without an email address.


Reasonable Accommodation Requests
If you wish to register for the Convention and you have an accommodation request, or special need, please submit your request in writing at the same time you submit your registration form. Attendees in need of special services must register early.


Cancellation/Substitution Requests
All cancellations must be received in writing by July 15, 2011 to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after July 15, 2011, without provisions for a substitute, and no-shows, are responsible for all convention fees. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. Please note: Cancellations, will not be accepted for persons registering after the deadline of July 15, 2011. Substitutions will be accepted at any time, at no additional charge.


Reimbursements
No cash exchange or refunds are provided on-site. Reimbursements are processed after the conclusion of the event and will be sent to the payer.
